- Return requested within 30 days
- Personalized/custom items not eligible unless defective

Return Shipping
- Customer pays return shipping unless defective/damaged
Refunds
- Refunds processed after inspection, issued to original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Original shipping fees excluded unless item was defective

Damaged/Defective Items
- Provide order number and photos
- Zozoca will issue replacement or full refund, including shipping costs
