Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging
  • Return requested within 30 days
  • Personalized/custom items not eligible unless defective

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide order number and reason
  3. Receive Return Authorization and instructions

Return Shipping

  • Customer pays return shipping unless defective/damaged

Refunds

  • Refunds processed after inspection, issued to original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Original shipping fees excluded unless item was defective

Exchanges

  • Contact us for exchanges; we will provide instructions

Damaged/Defective Items

  • Provide order number and photos
  • Zozoca will issue replacement or full refund, including shipping costs

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, washed, or customer-damaged items
  • Gift cards or promotions
  • Personalized/custom items (unless defective)
